Restore your purchase on a new iPhone
Sign in with the Apple Account you subscribed with, open Phone Cleaner, go to More › Settings › Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Your plan comes back at no extra cost. Step by step →
Cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Phone Cleaner › Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Step by step →
Videos “waiting for iCloud”
Videos stored in iCloud must download before they can be compressed. iOS pauses large downloads when the app is in the background, so those videos wait. Open Phone Cleaner and tap Continue — they pick up where they stopped. Step by step →
